If I need to cancel a scheduled Private Lesson, we’ll attempt to arrange for a make-up lesson at a mutually convenient time. If there is no agreeable make-up time, you will be credited the lesson cost when assessed for the following month. If you are planning to be away and will miss a lesson, please communicate your absence at your earliest convenience.
Unless there is a family emergency or severe illness, I am under no obligation to make up a lesson inexplicably missed by a student. In the event of an emergency or illness, you must provide at least 12-hours’ notice, and we can arrange for a make-up time. Any less notice is entirely at the teacher’s discretion whether a make-up class is possible. There is no refund or credited fee for late notice or no-show cancellations.
