Our Kindermusk program is designed to allow for registration at any time during an active term. This season, we've scheduled one term featuring three 4-wk units for every level, plus makeup/fun weeks (one per unit). If you join in the middle of a unit, you will be assessed a pro-rated fee to adjust for the late entry to the program. Kindermusik is best enjoyed over a longer span of time, as your child develops new motor and cognitive skills, and becomes comfortable with the class rituals and routines. When you fill out the registration form below, you'll be contacted as soon as possible with your enrollment confirmation.

Program entry can happen anytime in Kindermusik. If you are interested in joining at any point between September and May, please complete the form below. Fees will be prorated according to when you begin.
Our Classes
Our studio is located next to City Furniture & Appliances at 10217 – 13 Street in downtown Dawson Creek. Each class is 45 minutes long. In Levels 3 and 4, we have 30 minutes of unparented time, and the last 15 minutes of each class are Sharing Time with parents/caregivers.
Our Kindermusik classes are taught by Miss Caitlyn Triebel, a fully licensed educator with a Master’s in Musicology, years of experience teaching little ones, and a true passion for sharing the joy of music with children in our community. We use high-quality, child-sized instruments and fun props that are specially designed for young hands—and we carefully wash and sanitize everything between classes to help keep germs away, especially during cold and flu season.
With unpredictable winter weather, we make things easy and flexible: if slippery roads or extreme cold keep you home, you’re always welcome to join another class that week. We’re here to make music class a happy, stress-free part of your family’s routine.
FOUNDATIONS (0 to 12 months)
In our Foundations classes, infants delight in learning simple ASL signs, enjoy comforting routines, develop their motor skills, make new friends, and so much more! Parents and caregivers bond with their little ones through play, share special moments, and connect with other families—all while creating joyful memories together.
Tuesdays 10:00-10:45 AM
LEVEL 1 (1 to 2 years)
With the comfort of familiar songs and routines, Level 1s make friends, discover new words and fun sounds, learn about their bodies and feelings, and practice calm-down tricks. Toddlers absolutely love showing everyone what they can do, and they beam with pride at every new milestone they reach in Kindermusik!
Thursdays 11:30-12:15 AM
LEVEL 2 (2 to 3 years)
In Level 2, little ones make new friends and explore their creativity. They’ll sharpen their thinking skills through joyful singing, fun rhymes, twirling dances, and hands-on instrument play. You’ll go home with simple, musical tools to help your child understand and manage those big toddler emotions—turning meltdowns into moments of connection.

LEVEL 3 (3 to 4 years)
In Level 3, children expand their language skills, boost memory, spark creativity, make friends, and practice managing their feelings—all through joyful singing, dancing, storytelling, and instrument exploration. Classes start with 30 minutes of independent fun, followed by a special 15-minute Sharing Time where you join in to see what they’ve learned and created.
Fridays 10:00-10:45 AM
LEVEL 4 (4 to 5 years)
In Level 4, children build a strong foundation for future activities by practicing steady beat, pattern recognition, reading abstract symbols, and playing a variety of instruments. Classes begin with 30 minutes of independent learning, followed by a special 15-minute Sharing Time where you join in to celebrate together over what they’ve learned.
Thursdays 1:30-2:15 AM
MIXED-AGE (0 to 6 years)
Our Mixed-Age classes welcome children of all ages (babies through big kids) as a one-stop musical adventure for families with kids at different stages. Children get to play side-by-side, learn from each other, and make new friends while exploring music as a family through community dances, instrument play-alongs, and storytime with songs.

Your first invoice will be assessed and emailed to you as soon as it has been processed. If you don’t receive your invoice within 5 business days, please email info@dcchoralsociety.ca to inquire. Your invoice will include your $10 annual membership fee to the Dawson Creek Choral Society if your family is not already a member. Please ensure your email address is typed correctly.
