Do you have or know anyone with a vacant commercial space that could work for us?

We’re looking for a place to call home and run our Kindermusik and Choir programming out of, with possession in August or September. Next year, we’ll be adding back the Musical Theatre program and the right space will make all of that happen so much easier.

We’re open to long-term options, or if necessary, a conglomerate of temporary spaces until the right one comes along.

Ideal Specifications include:

• Large open area (at least 400 sqft)
• Office and entry area
• Two bathrooms
• Large storage (at least 500 sqft)
• Secondary office / small studio
• Accessible at ground level
• Close, adequate parking
• No restrictions on operating hours
