Introducing the Dawson Creek Choral Society’s 2018-19 Season main events beginning on Friday, December 21st with the Bright Lights and City Nights Winter Gala. Our fifth annual gala concert will feature all four community choirs in a nostalgic program of new and old favourites. The Youth Show Choir takes the reins on the next event on Friday, February 22nd as they put the “show” in choir with choreographed performances. Our largest-scale event of the year is the annual Musical Theatre production, this year with four performances of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast JR sponsored by Big Time Haulers. Take a trip into provincial France and be sure to check out both of our fantastic casts of young performers. The season ends with the Flights of Fancy Dessert Concert, the final performance of our choir programs. A luxury dessert buffet makes this event one you don’t want to miss.
This is the first year that DCCS has offered season tickets, made possible by the support of Tickets in the Peace. When you subscribe to the entire season, you can save up to 25% on individual events tickets. Season tickets are $68.00 or $34.00 for youth under 12. Tickets are also available for each individual event from Tickets in the Peace, or at the Tiger Box Office at the Encana Events Centre in Dawson Creek, or at Systems By Trail in Fort St. John.
